We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore, if there is a problem with your merchandise please inform our costumer service department within one week of receipt of merchandise. If you need to exchange or return your purchase you need speak to our customer service department to ensure a proper refund or exchange of purchase price only (shipping is non-refundable). All orders that were shipped within the US and did not pay shipping (orders over $100) will be charged a $12.00 fee upon return of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be returned in its original condition and must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks of receipt. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking charge and shipping is non-refundable.
